Registration for this schedule starts on 02/11/2020 and ends on 06/19/2020
Participants must be 9 years to 12 years old when the program starts.
Today, when you hear the word technology, you think of phones, computers and iPads. But, long before modern inventions came along, technology was simply using scientific knowledge to solve everyday problems. This week participants will step back in time by using natural elements to make basic tools, shelter and other practical items while immersed in nature. Through group and individual activities, children will be encouraged to use creativity, problem solving and social skills that will empower them this week and beyond. Of course, there will be lots of time for free play and exploration in our beautiful natural setting.
